Visiting Research Fellow (December 2015 – November 2017)
Andrés Moreno (PhD, University of Eastern Finland) is currently working on technologies and activities to promote peaceful societies, especially in post-conflict areas. For the last 10 years, he has combined his interest in ICT for Development and Computer Science Education. In that time, he successfully integrated different research approaches and tools to create innovative solutions. Jeliot ConAn is an education tool resulting from his research in Finland, Tanzania, and England. Andrés has developed most of his ICT4D career in Mozambique, putting into action the conflicting plans of local and international partners. Recently, he started an ICT capacity project at the biggest Eritrean university, ICT4EEDU.
